2 Account Register
To open an account with 94bd, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

- Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all of them will be closed.

3 Deposits & Payments
94bd supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for users in Bangladesh. Please review the payment terms before making a deposit.
- The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please allow up to 30 minutes.
- Only deposits from a payment account in your own name are accepted. Payments made through third parties are not permitted.
- The same deposit cannot be submitted more than once within a specified time period.
- If any suspicious transaction is identified, 94bd reserves the right to place a hold on the deposit and will contact you for verification.
94bd never charges additional fees for payments. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges in accordance with their own policies.
4 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals on 94bd are simple and fast. The following rules must be followed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 and the maximum daily limit is BDT 50,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is complete.
- Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
- The relevant wagering requirement must be completed before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.
- A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins.
If a withdrawal is delayed for any reason, please contact 94bd customer support. Accounts flagged for fraudulent withdrawal attempts will be subject to investigation.
5 Betting Rules
The following rules strictly apply to all betting on 94bd. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, the cash-out feature may be used where available for live betting.
- Odds on 94bd may change at any time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.
- 94bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Betting based on match fixing or any other unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Placing multiple bets on different outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) is a violation of 94bd's terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions
94bd regularly offers exciting bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be followed.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
- Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
- Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires, or the bonus will be forfeited.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- When using bonus funds, the maximum bet limit is generally BDT 500 or 10% of the total bonus amount, whichever is lower.
- If any attempt to abuse a bonus offer is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 94bd platform. Any such activity detected will result in immediate action.
- Money Laundering: Using 94bd for money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
- Hacking & Scamming: Unauthorized access to the platform's systems or any attempt to defraud other members.
- Bot Usage: Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
- Multiple accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same identity to claim bonus benefits.
- Minor accounts: Opening or operating an account on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
- Arbitrage betting: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to guarantee profits.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
94bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.
- If evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found.
- Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
- If there is reasonable suspicion of involvement in money laundering or terrorist financing.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
